E.S.L.A. PLC: SUMMARY OF BOND BUY-BACK RESULTS 

Accra, 24th June 2019: 

In accordance with the conditions stipulated in the Prospectus on the use of proceeds in the company's Lock Box Account, E.S.L.A. Plc is pleased to announce the successful buyback of a portion of its outstanding debt. 
A minimum buy-back target of GHS 200 million was initially announced for which total amounts of GHS 149,059,064 on the ESLA 2024 bonds and GHS 416,552,670 on the ESLA 2027 bonds were offered by bondholders out of which GHS 149,059,064 on the ESLA 2024 bonds and GHS 297,394,400 on the ESLA 2027 bonds were accepted.
